Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

Wholesale Express Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for capturing vehicle information and photos, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with territory managers to schedule weekly visits to dealerships
  • Capture vehicle information and photos in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase volume of vehicle inspections
  • Assume direct responsibility for dealer consignment inspections meeting specified targets and parameters
  • Perform all vehicle inspections with a major attention to detail to provide high-quality information to buying customers and minimize errors
  • Provide customer training as required
  • Keep up to date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions, and competitors, and provide feedback for business strategy
  • Travel to conduct vehicle inspections at various locations, including dealerships, physical auctions, off-site locations, and consumer residences
  • Provide feedback and daily logs to managers and team members
  • Approach new dealers with our global remarketing solution, establishing rapport, demonstrating the solution, and closing the deal
  • Onboard users and support their performance to ensure successful results
  • Provide guidance and best practices on platform functionality and operation
  • Support dealer requirements, handle questions and concerns, and provide outstanding solutions at every opportunity
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to drive the company's leadership position in a competitive marketplace
Requirements:
  • Competitive salary plus attractive commissions
  • Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week
  • Must have a car and a clean driver's abstract
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual or automatic
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Automotive knowledge
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive field (body, paint, and mechanical repair knowledge) with customer service background
  • Problem-solving aptitude to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative approaches
  • Proven success in working independently with minimal supervision while working in a team environment
  • Good manual dexterity to work around vehicles and with mobile devices
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and depth perception
  • Excellent reading and writing skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions and exercise common sense and critical thinking skills
  • Must be willing to work in various weather conditions and be a team player
  • Able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or kneel, stand for a prolonged period, and lift
  • Flexible availability, including weekends (primarily Saturdays) and ability to be available between the hours of 8am and 6pm, with occasional evenings as required by the needs of the business
  • Reliability, punctuality, and dependability are essential
  • Possibility of carrying out duties outside of designated regions based on capture requests
  • Incredible customer service skills, with the ability to understand and exceed customer needs and expectations
  • Communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills
