About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Thompson, MB. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards of quality and customer service.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with key performance indicators and insights to inform business decisions.

Work Schedules and Planning

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand and maintain a high level of service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Setting

Restaurant environment

Physical Demands

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, attention to detail

Experience

Will train, permanent position, 35 hours per week, English language
