About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Thompson, MB. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit reports as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Work Schedules

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

Previous experience in a food service management role is essential.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
