Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that all inventory and supplies are managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high standards.
Prepare Budget and ReportsPrepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet or similar environment.
Work EnvironmentNoisy and fast-paced environment with exposure to odours.
Work SettingFast food outlet or concession.
Transportation/TravelOwn transportation required.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesCombination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
