Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that all inventory and supplies are managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high standards.

Prepare Budget and Reports

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet or similar environment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Work Conditions

Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
