  • Diploma in Administration or related field (asset)
  • Experience in debt collection (3-5 years) or in the banking industry
  • Proven experience in personnel management
  • Knowledge of laws relating to debt collection (asset)
  • Strong negotiation skills, effective in internal and external interactions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience



  • Full-time, Permanent position


  • Commission-based pay structure


  • Monday to Friday working hours
