- Execute operational and administrative procedures, maintaining compliance with established policies and guidelines.

- Contribute to the company vision, focusing on key business drivers and opportunities for short-term and long-term improvement.
- Implement and deploy new technology and automation solutions, optimizing processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Adhere to administrative policies and procedures, as outlined in the Company Policies directives.
- Diploma in Administration or related field (asset)
- Experience in debt collection (3-5 years) or in the banking industry
- Proven experience in personnel management
- Knowledge of laws relating to debt collection (asset)
- Strong negotiation skills, effective in internal and external interactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines
Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Full-time, Permanent position
- Commission-based pay structure
- Monday to Friday working hours
In-person work environment
