Program Coordinator, Nursing Support Services Assessment Coordination Specialist
At PHSA, we are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team in Nursing Support Services Assessment Coordination. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program components are completed, reported, and evaluated.
- Monitor and coordinate payment of program invoices and expenses.
- Plan, initiate, coordinate, and evaluate new programs and projects, ensuring strategies and arrangements are in place to maximize outcomes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to implement communication plans and activities, and respond to requests for information, collaborate on joint initiatives, and coordinate communication activities.
- Write, edit, and coordinate production of content and materials for internal and external publications, digital, and social media channels.
- Review overall quality, consistency, factual accuracy, and effectiveness of program materials.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate special events, including working group meetings, webinars, and other events as required.
Requirements:
- A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in social sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field, plus 4 years recent related experience.
- Additional education, training, and/or experience in communications, project management, research assistance, or a related discipline is an asset.
