Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Charminar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring exceptional presentation and service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.
