Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for understanding and assessing customer needs, offering personalized assistance.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct test drives and negotiate terms for a seamless closing process.
  • Beyond sales, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying process.
  • Additionally, you will work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely paperwork.
  • Leverage various channels to generate leads, including social media platforms.
  • Daily inventory walk arounds are crucial to staying up-to-date on available vehicles.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cultivate a cohesive work environment by collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A background in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers.
  • You should possess strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals.
  • Effective communication skills are vital for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • A basic understanding of automotive financing options will also be beneficial.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for this role.
  • An OMVIC Automotive License is also a requirement.
