We are looking for an experienced Sr. Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Access management systems, from requirements through to release. You will lead Agile practices as a Scrum Master, ensuring efficient project execution and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery, testing, and release of Access and Intrusion products, coordinating with R&D, engineering, product management, supply chain, compliance, third-party partners, support, and marketing.
  • Estimate, plan, and schedule project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Organize and facilitate project kick-off, stand-up, sprint planning, and review meetings, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating them in a timely manner to ensure project progress.
  • Provide clear visibility of project schedules, status, resources, and costs to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to set priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years post-graduate experience in agile project management; Certified Scrum Master preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of projects across multiple teams, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Strong experience in delivering complex software or firmware products, with hardware delivery experience being an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile and Project Management principles and practices, with expertise in creating and managing projects in Jira (Epics, Stories, and issues).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, possessing excellent leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of electronics and manufacturing processes is an advantage.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
