Acre security is a leading provider of digital and physical security solutions for businesses worldwide. As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of security innovation.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Access management systems, from requirements through to release. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with R&D, supply chain, and third-party partners to ensure efficient project execution and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery, testing, and release of Access and Intrusion products, ensuring timely coordination with stakeholders.
  • Estimate, plan, and schedule project timelines, identifying dependencies and risks.
  • Facilitate project kick-off, stand-up, sprint planning, and review meetings, driving decision-making and teamwork.
  • Provide clear visibility of project schedules, status, resources, and costs to stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to set priorities, guiding Kanban teams to deliver value.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 6-10 years post-graduate experience in agile project management, preferably with Certified Scrum Master certification.
  • Strong experience in delivering complex software or firmware products, with hardware delivery experience being an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile and Project Management principles and practices, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, expertise in creating and managing projects in Jira.
