Physical Security Project Manager

Tiree Inc. is a leading provider of innovative security solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Project Lead to join our team in Vancouver, Canada.

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of physical security solutions.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with our public sector client to develop plans for new accommodations and oversee their implementation.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage deployment activities to ensure projects are executed on budget, within scope and schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technical security needs and develop comprehensive physical security designs and their associated architecture.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support as needed to other project managers.
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience in public sector project management or fit-up experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or another relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess security risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Executive presence with strong communication skills.
  • Existing Secret level Government of Canada security clearance.
