Senior Compliance Testing Analyst

About the Role:

The Senior Compliance Testing Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the testing and monitoring program within S I Systems. This role requires strong ethics, integrity, and leadership skills to promote a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and synergies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the testing and monitoring program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business personnel to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure effective monitoring of key processes and controls.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on testing progress and results.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the testing and monitoring program.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Operational audit/testing experience (5-7 years).
  • Ability to read and interpret regulations and understand their impact on business partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborative and relationship management skills at all levels.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with regulatory compliance and testing.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
