Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing to join our team at Accoravillage. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that effectively engages, informs, and nurtures relationships for our investment products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a customer lifecycle marketing strategy that drives customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class marketing strategies that drive customer value and loyalty.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and work with partners to design engagement strategies that drive customer value and loyalty.
  • Measure the impact of communication efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve results and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the engagement marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the briefing and delivery of high-quality, engaging content consistent with our brand voice across multiple channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the engagement team to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant CRM, CBM, or lifecycle marketing experience with a proven track record in developing and executing scalable campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and exceed business results.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with CRM principles, best practices, and tools to drive success.
  • Ambition and humility, with a strong understanding of how to build trust and influence cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with Google Gsuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is an asset.
  • Experience working with analytics and reporting dashboards to uncover marketing insights.
