Drive Customer Growth and Acquisition

As a Senior Manager, New Customer Acquisition at Scotiabank, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to acquire new customers and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing programs that drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with product and strategy teams to ensure that product value propositions meet customer needs.
  • Optimize marketing spend to achieve targets and drive return on investment.
  • Develop and foster a high-performing team through sustained leadership activities.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with a focus in Business.
  • Multiple years of management experience, including in Product Management, Program Delivery, and Marketing.
  • Strong strategic thinking, customer centricity, and results-focus skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead a cross-functional team to drive desired outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, good corporate presence, and ability to synthesize and communicate complex information to various audiences.
