About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cannabis NB store in Uptown, Saint John. As a key member of our Retail Experience team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, while driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, customer satisfaction, merchandising, and executing on business goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor a high-performing team, providing regular feedback and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and training required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage budget and store operational costs, driving revenue growth and meeting corporate sales initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ordering stock as needed, and completing reports to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in retail management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team, with a strong focus on employee engagement and development.
  • Financial Management: Experience managing budgets and driving financial growth, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
