Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order stock as needed, and complete reports to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, including providing product knowledge, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products.
- Merchandising and Visual Display: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and visual displays that showcase our products in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, including streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving productivity.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
