We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Flexy-Tech. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
    • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Requirements
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
