What We're Looking For

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining and supporting desktop systems and network equipment, and analyzing client IT requirements to develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Maintain and support desktop systems, notebooks, tablets, printers, network equipment, and other IT infrastructure
  • Analyze client IT requirements and work with Solutions Architects to develop effective solutions
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client IT environments, equipment, software, and processes
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
