Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain operatories, sterilization, and lab areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Stock supplies and maintain inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain all instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform all clinical aspects of pediatric dental hygiene, including routine cleanings, exams, and x-rays.
- Perform all orthodontic procedures to ensure optimal patient care.
- Independently perform all x-ray procedures to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Discuss pre and post-operative care with patients and their families to ensure a smooth and successful treatment experience.
- 2-5 years of experience as a dental hygienist, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics is preferred, but not required.
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
- Excellent self-presentation skills to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Customer-centric orientation to prioritize patient needs and satisfaction.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
