Pediatric Dental Administrative Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Pediatric Dental Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dental Works 4 Kids. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new patient interviews and present treatment plans to parents and guardians.
  • Explain insurance benefits and fees, and make financial arrangements with patients.
  • Schedule patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals, handle patient finances, and maintain patient records.
  • Coordinate patient flow, correspond with government insurances, and directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office.
  • Coordinate intra-office and inter-office schedules and appointments.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a treatment coordinator/administrative assistant.
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent self-presentation skills.
  • Exceptional telephone skills.
  • Customer-centric oriented.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Abledent and Orthotrack preferred.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Long-term commitment to our team.
