- Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in computer systems, software, and network administration.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
