- Conduct regular patrols of the campus to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergency situations.
- Prepare and submit accurate and detailed reports as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to students, staff, and visitors.
- Work collaboratively with other security personnel and college staff to achieve common goals.
- Valid Security License for the province of Ontario.
- Valid First Aid and CPR - Level C certification from a WSIB-approved vendor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in security, by-law, or parking enforcement is an asset.
- Ability to commute to Kingston for pre-deployment training.
- Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB).
