Procurement Manager Job Description

TNT Roofing Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing purchasing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and terms.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Business Development: Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Client Communication: Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Human Resources: Perform human resources-related duties, including personnel selection and development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
Working Conditions:

The Procurement Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 30 hours per week.
