TSD Holding Inc is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase equipment, materials, and services that meet our company's specifications and requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Assess the needs of our establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
- Establish and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Resolve any issues or problems that may arise with suppliers or clients.
- Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Prepare cost estimates and reports as required.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent employment.
- English language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
