Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at TSD Holding Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

**Responsibilities**

* Assess the requirements of our establishments to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
* Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
* Consult with suppliers to ensure the best possible products and services
* Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure efficient procurement processes
* Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions
* Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress
* Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise
* Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies
* Maintain inventory of equipment and prepare cost estimates

**Requirements**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field
* Equivalent experience may be considered
