Job Description

Vest Security Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Office Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Responding to electronic inquiries
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment
Requirements:
  • High school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
