We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at H & P FOOD PRODUCTS.
Job SummaryThe Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Determine and establish efficient office routines and protocols.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally.
- Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information to inform business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages effectively.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve optimal results.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Work hours: 35-45 hours per week.
As an Operations Coordinator at H & P FOOD PRODUCTS, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
