Senior Specialist, HR Operations

At ServiceTitan, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Specialist, HR Operations to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you'll play a critical role in expanding our Talent Operations and Support Operations function globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously assess and improve recruiting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with TA managers and leaders to enable, optimize, and standardize processes globally.
  • Lead position management tracking and improvements in Workday.
  • Run point on TA system renewals, vendor management, and assessment.
  • Run point on reporting for TA Ops & TA (ad hoc requests).
  • Lead a team of 4 Recruiting Coordinators.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, ideally supporting HR/TA transactions and partners.
  • Driven cross-functional projects and programs, and have system implementation experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Workday and other scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience managing Coordinating teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities.
