Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels and workload distribution.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer group insurance benefits and a permanent work arrangement with 30-40 hours per week.
