At BC LTD, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English.
