Job Description

Stella-Jones Inc. is a leading industrial company that specializes in the production of pressure-treated wood products. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Solutions Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Analysis and Configuration
  2. Ensure Business Requirements are Met
  3. Expertise in SAP S4/HANA Modules
  4. Define and Document Business Requirements and Processes
  5. Design Procedures and Processes
  6. Analyze and Develop Recommendations for New Projects
  7. Define Security Profiles
  8. Optimize and Integrate Solutions
  9. System Configuration and Documentation
  10. Support and Maintenance Responsibilities
  11. Enforce IT Software Standards and Procedures
  12. Collaborate with AMS Teams for Continuous Improvement
  13. Resolving Incident Escalations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and SAP implementation
  • Proficient in English language
  • Deep understanding of SAP S4/HANA modules and business analysis techniques
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and propose effective solutions
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Experience in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
