About the Role

Alfaconseil is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in a key role that will contribute to the development of our SAP Business Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    • Conduct business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
    • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business cases.
  • SAP Implementation
    • Lead the implementation of SAP solutions to meet business needs.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Change Management
    • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
    • Work with stakeholders to communicate changes and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Knowledge Management
    • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure knowledge is shared and retained.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify and document best practices.
  • Support and Evolution
    • Provide support to users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address those areas.
Requirements
  • Education
    • University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience
    • 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
