About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estimating Coordinator to join our team at Prodigy Group. As an Estimating Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our estimating team and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the estimating team in preparing bid documents, including tender invitations and bid packages.
  • Research and compile historical tendering and award data to inform bid strategies.
  • Maintain and update tender and supplier lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support, including photocopying, printing, and binding documents.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Collegial Studies or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with estimating software, such as On-Screen Take Off and Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
