Job Summary

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a skilled Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care for individuals with complex and unpredictable health needs.

About the Role

This position involves providing independent nursing services, administering prescribed medical treatments, and coordinating patient care and discharge under the supervision of the Manager Health Services.

Requirements
  • A minimum of recent Surgical Nursing experience is required.
  • Graduation from an approved Registered Nursing education program is mandatory.
  • Current CRNM registration and active participation in professional associations are highly preferred.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Familiarity with the scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Physical Requirements

This role does not require any specific physical demands.

  • A competitive salary range of $73,000 - $100,000 per year.
