Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (m/f/d) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to create effective care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and careful monitoring of patient responses.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and care, promoting independence and empowerment.
Requirements:
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting are essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
