About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at YASH WINDOW INDUSTRY LTD. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Operations Coordination
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

  • Experience and Education
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
