About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Enterprise Architect to join our team at SAP SE. As a key member of our Business Transformation Services (BTS) team, you will play a critical role in driving customer value and success by aligning Services Pre-Sales Engagements and Transformation with License and Services strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation, flexibility, and a "complete solution" to increase and expedite successful sales cycles.
  • Develop efficient and reusable content tools to support sales engagements.
  • Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives for SAP's largest customers.
  • Create strategic and tactical roadmaps as well as Interim and end-state Architectures to chart the deployment of digital solutions.
  • Develop compelling business cases to guide customer strategic decision-making.
  • Provide strategic advice on long and short-term opportunities for key strategic imperatives.
  • Recommend innovations anticipating future direction of business and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales engagement process from strategy to deal closure and transition to the delivery team.
  • Collaborate throughout the sales engagement process and focus on customer success.
  • Orchestrate pre-sales motions leveraging resources within the Transformation Office and interlock with other resources.
  • Ensure consistent application of global and NA services assets.
  • Drive continuous improvement by seeking feedback from every engagement.
  • Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with customers' IT and business executives.
  • Work effectively across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements.
  • Analyze key business and IT requirements.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and architectures encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios.
  • Identify improvement potentials and transition states.
  • Maintain familiarity with industry trends, SAP's services, accelerators, and key differentiators.
  • Meet rapidly evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Proven knowledge and delivery experience in S/4HANA and cloud solutions.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives.
  • 5+ years of SAP solution experience, 5+ years management consulting experience.
  • 10+ years of solution and/or architecture experience.
  • MBA preferred.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of 142,800 - 314,000 CAD, depending on experience.
