As a Senior Cloud Architect Expert at SAP, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of cloud adoption and business transformation. In this key customer-facing role, you will support virtual account teams throughout the sales cycle of cloud deals, presenting RISE Private Cloud offerings and technical details to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build customer-specific cloud roadmaps to support cloud adoption and business transformations
  • Gather as-is technical requirements and map them to to-be enterprise cloud architecture
  • Assess customer security and network requirements to ensure SAP security architecture framework meets customer needs
  • Work with SAP delivery and engineering teams to address customer-specific requirements
  • Present the value proposition for SAP private cloud on hyperscale clouds like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Conduct technical assessment workshops with customers to define future cloud architecture and support migration roadmaps
  • Guide customers on all technical aspects, including business continuity, security, and compliance
  • Owning technical discussions with customers and orchestrating expert opinions from the SAP delivery organization
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to virtual account teams and assigned customers on all technical aspects of SAP RISE

What You'll Bring
  • High proficiency in customer communications and presentations
  • Good understanding of SAP solutions, including releases, platform interdependencies, and operational aspects in cloud environments
  • Ability to work with hyperscale clouds (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) and provide expertise in cloud security and compliance
  • 2+ years of customer-facing pre-sales and cloud architecture experience, or 5+ years of SAP technical consulting experience
  • 5+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation experience
