Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at NORTHSTAR TRANSPORT INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of transportation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control the movement of vehicles and personnel, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation activities, including vehicle maintenance and driver performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 30 hours per week.
