Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our transportation team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
