Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Canamex-Carbra Transportation Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers and ensure they are equipped to handle their routes efficiently.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels to ensure smooth transportation operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and optimize logistics.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked fleet.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
