- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Linux, Internet, desktop applications, file management software, MS Office, and electronic mail.
The User Support Technician will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Security and Safety:The User Support Technician will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
Personal Suitability:The User Support Technician must have excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
