Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

U V CONN INC. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and maintain a knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
