Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our business. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
