We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Web Tech Pro. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in network and system administration, who can provide top-notch support to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications. They will also be involved in the design and implementation of new technologies to improve our services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve technical processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of technical incidents and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a network and system administration environment
  • Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
