Job Description

At IT Minds Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users in our organization, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Network and System Administration: Assist with the administration of our network and systems, including monitoring and maintaining the performance of our computer systems and networks.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and provide support to users experiencing difficulties with our computer systems and networks.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to users, including user guides and technical manuals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Jira, Intranet, Internet, Desktop applications, File management software, Word processing software, Communication software, MS Office, MS Windows, Spreadsheet.
