Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at WAIVIN FLAGS TAXI. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Motivate staff
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Supervise other workers
  • Train staff
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in executive assistance or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
  • Criminal record check
  • Valid driver's licence
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care plan, other benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
