About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at the Canadian College of Business, Science & Technology. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our faculty and staff, including preparing and editing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that our office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our college and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, making phone calls, and sending emails.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, student records, and financial records.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, including event planning, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
