We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Small Business Advisor to join our team at Scotiabank. As an essential member of our Canadian Banking Branch Network, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of high-value and complex small business owner relationships to achieve retention and other negotiated goals while meeting Scotiabank's Service Standard.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with small business owners to provide exceptional service throughout their journey.
  2. Create a strong presence within the local business community by developing relationships with various Centres of Influence.
  3. Proactively engage with new and existing clients to build strong, ongoing relationships and provide comprehensive advice, enabling them to build successful businesses.
  4. Partner with fellow advisors to create a customer-centric environment.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a results-oriented individual with sound knowledge of the small business market, including the features and benefits of small business products and services. You should have excellent business development techniques and be conversant with small business legal structures and life cycles, competitor offerings, and alternate sources of financing.
